Got my fiber- only worked for 12 hours- Stay away from them

Got my fiber installed and activated it worked for half a day and then the speeds went to ****. Below 1Mb download speed. If im lucky I get 2Mb/s.

I have sat on the phone in total for 5 hours waiting for one of their technical support to pick up which they did not. Their live chat guys either stop responding after a few minutes (I am currently still waiting for a reply for 27 Min now) or they just take ****ing long to say anything.

Dont bother yourself with them, they are not what they used to be. I have been with them for a total of 48 hours now. Already regret it
