Goodbye webafrica

I'm experiencing a terrible service with webafrica. Fiber has been offline since this morning and there is no communication. all I'm getting from their WhatsApp is that they are sorry it is taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent, it's been 3 hours now. There is a lot of competition out there I think I will start searching for a new ISP. Just wait for my moth notice I'm tired.
