Good ISP once you are running. Installation process is a nightmare.

This rating is based on the entirety of my experience with WA.

Good: 1. Once the service is up, it stays up and it's rare for it to go down in any instance. 2. I have access to securing my router. 3. Install dates are accurate.

Desperate 1. WA can do far better than they do reaching out to Vumatel or Openserve when dealing with infrastructure issues. 2. Vumatel damaged the incoming fibre cable and it took half of my minutes (150) to find someone who can help and finally got a response on social media. 3. The phone and WhatsApp support channels are terrible. It takes around 4 hours to reach a tech, and there is still alot of unnecessary verification to be done. 4. There needs to be a distinction between communicating what WA is doing vs. Vuma or Openserve. I found a direct number for Nano electrical and this is how I managed to solve my cable issue. This also needs to be communicated far better than what it is now. 5. There should be dedicated tech to a specific installation, so that follow-ups can be simpler. Right now follow-ups are nothing but painful. 6. I would suggest Ticket references for emails so that this can be followed up on email in addition to WhatsApp and phone. A simple 8 digit number system will solve this. 7. I already had my router and was able to install it myself once I saw the fibre link was up and CPE active. It's a good idea to find out how tech savvy a customer is before troubleshooting.

Quick one to add: Tech support and provisioning are different departments and there isn't an easy way to reach someone in provisioning. It's only through repeated calls to Nano electrical that I was able to fast track my installation. Photos were required for the CPE to be installed correctly.
