Good day last month ...

Good day last month my service was disconnected however I made payment on the 12th I don't have any funds in my bank account at the moment webafrica sent me a message that they gonna disconnect my service today as per me it can't be disconnected cause I paid for a full month if they want to disconnect it then it should happen by the 12th of this month
