Good Customer Service

Even though communication for any problems and faults, is via Whatsapp only, no landlines or cellphone. Id say, Customer service is excellent and waiting periods are not long.

Only thing i would mention is if there is fault in area, no notification is sent. You would have to do test via Whatsapp.
