Good afternoon all Web Africa customers I am sad to say that web Africa customer service is the bedest service I have ever experienced in my hole life I pay for a 500mg line I have problems whit this for the past 3 weeks and have logged several calls with them and no service are provided by thy expect every month to get the instalment please leave this company and let there dors close as there are no service from them of any source

They only communicate on WhatsApp and no actions are taken but your time to address the problem over and over and over this is extremely poor service that you as a company Web Africa are providing to your customers when calling the sales team as you do not receive any response from the WhatsApp chat the sales team drop the call in an extremely rude way in you ear. So what must we as customers do then as we are paying every month but to receive service like this
