Going to get a real isp , I’m done

This company is a shambles. You can never get any assistance when you need it and speaking to actual support takes longer and is more grueling than queueing at home affairs. As soon as I figure out how to switch isps I am. That WhatsApp line is hopeless , they cut your service if your payment bounces (I have lost credit cards and forgot to switch payment method) but when their service is out they’re happy to just debit away.
