Going back on your word...

See you have a lot of complaints....here is another one for you. o i were told because i have a line (ending a other contract) i don`t need the R249 joining fee. And then you went ahead and deduct it. I had to reverse it on the bank. Now you dont want to fix your mistake. Very very poor
