Going around in circles

I received the worst service from web Africa when having fibre installed...everyone in the neighborhood had their service activated on the same day of installation. It’s been 48hours. Mine is still not active and I am still waiting for a call agent to answer the phone. This is horrible, they are sending me in circles the whole time to come to no proper solution besides waiting...yet when I paid them they were eager to get me installed.
