GO TO ANOTHER PROVIDER

Absolutely shocking customer care service. I have been charged 2800 for something which is incorrect. however you can't get through on phone - just diverted to WA line. Can't get through on email - just got a mail back to say "emails are so yesteryear" but the WA up line (which is what i tried first) is useless. 3 times people promised to get back to me but never did. Go elsewhere, nothing wrong with the internet per se but heaven help you if you ever have a problem.
