This must be the worst company to use as an ISP. Must rate as one of the best companies when it comes to Sales though, when taking your money, but their support services are pathetic. In a day and age where your livelihood depends on a stable internet connection, their service levels (24-72 hours) to resolve issues on their side are mind-blowing. These types of services are highly competitive in SA, steer away from them to spare yourself many headaches.....
