Give me what I pay for, I stuck to the end of my contract you webafrica did not!!!

Webafrica has theee worst network service ever, I have been struggling with internet connectivity for the past 3 weeks now, it will just go off on its own, I’ll contact the customer service via WhatsApp chat to Nthabiseng then the other day was Noluthando) they’ll help to restore it and it will be off again in less than 30 minutes. Today I have not had internet connection THE WHOLE DAY! It’s ridiculous man! I need my internet connection restored or I go somewhere else. Worse part is I have online exam next week. I’m already worried if I’ll have connection for the exam duration or it will go off like how it was when I was attending online classes.
