Give me my R2547 refund😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Guys you now debited R2019.20 from me - for what I don't know. I'm a customer for 4yrs. Double debited in Dec and January - promised a refund and nothing now my refund amount is sitting on R2547 that was unjustifiably taken my bank account. Please just cancel my services really. You guys were the best by far but your standards of customer service and billing has dropped to a 0.00%.
