Getting charged for services I never used and now I'm being blacklisted

So I wanted to use their services in need 2021, they delivered the router or stayed with m be for 3 weeks and no one bothered to call nor send a technician, I sent them multiple mails and whatsapp massages telling them to collect their router coz they didn't install anything. Till this day they haven't fine anything. Yesterday I get an sms dating they'll list me if I don't play. Like ***!

This morning I sent them an email and whatsapp ( Stephanie) the person that put my on hold for 2 hours ended my chat without assisting !!
