Useless service. You spend hours on the chat just to get them to understand the problem with no one helping at the end. They "log" a ticket but never get back to you. I don't understand what webafrica actually does apart from wasting our time. How can you waste your customers time to force them to spend 2 hours just to lodge one complaint?
