Gary Nero to Zero, the story of a constant decline of service delivery.

This is my second last email to your Gary Nero: " Hi Gary

I'm really disappointed in the lack of service or response even from you guys yesterday. I found myself in predicament of having to drive after the courier after work to collect my router. I even had to wait on him at a garage until he has done with another delivery to get my package. I've even attached the call recordings between myself and driver of the courier company to prove this. This was in no way a convenient or effortless process. I felt like an afterthought to the process of becoming a WebAfrica customer. Can someone please get back to me as to how I will be compensated for this lack in service and tardiness in communcating with me?

Regards, Z"

His response on the 28th August 2018 was: "Hello Zander,

Thank you for your email and apologies for the delay as we have been experiencing a high call volume and could not attend as quick as we would have liked to.

I will escalate to my management for contact."

Since the 28th August, I got NOTHING back???? Is this because you got this new client's first payment already on the 1st September?

Now it falls on Management and Gary Nero to answer as to why you haven't rep**** in almost a month and I know for a fact the your company uses Freshdesk system for allocating emails as tickets ( I make use of this by my employer as well) and it would say if a ticket is overdue for a response.

So someone has willfully closed my ticket/email as it was probably deemed not good enough from a paying customer?

AND PLEASE, don't try and use the line of high call volumes as an excuse. You've exhausted the validity of that excuse almost a month ago!
