Gadija managed to assist me with my query, and I would gladly recommend friends and family to use Webafrica because of their user-friendly website and excellent customer service. I was able to get in touch with an agent in less than 15 seconds. Their service is quick and reliable, with minimal paperwork, and most processes can be completed easily online. Complaint: Under the Support menu, the chat session easily restarts when you move away from the page, making it difficult to continue communicating with the same agent. Secondly, the Enter button sends the message instead of moving to the next line, which makes it challenging to add more information when typing longer messages.
