Furious with web Africa and the lies and theft.

Completely disgusted with the lies Been with web Africa for over a year not a single issue BUT 3 weeks ago I got in contact with them as I did a home move, at the time i was told that everything will be fine as long as i stay with web Africa and they would make sure everything is sorted installed and running on the 1st september as this was the promise they made for me staying with web Africa. To my surprise the 1st came and not a single word I've lost 2 days of business because of the lies. Today I spoke to the senior consultant that told me straight that it will not be possible to speak to a manager even after they already deducted the fee from my account for something I dont even have in the first place, this is theft. Why bull**** people in staying with the brand if you not going to keep your side of the agreement and *****ing from your clients. Not taking responsibility and passing the blame to frog foot or whatever they are called. This is utter ******* and I will be posting negative comments every day on every platform till your side is kept.
