Furious because of agent incompetence

I am so furious. On the 7th of September I contacted Webafrica to upgrade my service and whoever assisted me was so unprofessional and they didn't even place the order for my upgrade. He said I should wait for 24hrs. So on the 8th I followed up, only to find out that my order wasn't placed and I need to place the order again and wait for another 24-48 hours. I work from home and fortunately I was off on Monday but I am working today and I don't have WiFi because of the idiot who didn't do their job. However today's agents were able to assist but that doesn't help me in anyway because I don't have any connection.

Hi Karabo,

We understand how frustrating it must have been to request an upgrade and then discover that the order had not been processed as expected. When customers reach out to us, they should feel supported and confident that their requests are being handled efficiently, and this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We're pleased to hear that our agents were able to assist with submitting the upgrade order; however, we recognise that this does not change the disruption caused by the delay, particularly when you rely on your connection for work. We can confirm that the order has now been submitted, and the team handling upgrades is actively engaged and committed to seeing it through to completion. They will continue to monitor the progress of the request and work towards getting your upgraded service provisioned as soon as possible.Your feedback has been taken seriously and will be shared with our Service Quality Team for review and improvement. We remain committed to ensuring our customers receive the level of service and support they expect whenever they engage with us.Should you require any further assistance, please feel free to send us a direct message via Hello Peter, and we'll be happy to assist.

Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
