FUP nonsense

Where do I begin? first the offer of uncapped adsl line is an absolute lie. They tell you that you have a FUP, which is a cap, or throttle. But unlike other places, they count 30 days back from your current day. So if in month A you used 100 gig and you FUP is a 100 gig, then exactly 30 days later they will calculate what your usage is based on your previous months usage. This means you are being FUP-ped on any given day in the new month without ever using anything. If you don't understand it, yeah welcome to my world. The point is, that you will never have a zero month. They say that it is uncapped but then they cap you with this FUP nonsense. Secondly they know that it is a cap. Because they say so on one of their fibre adds. No throttling or capping or FUP. Why put FUP with cap or throttle if it is not the same thing. Bunch of *****. I have tried to sort this mess up so many times and all I got last time was, "this is how it is". You kidding me right? If you have a high usage one month then the next month you will not be able to use the internet as much. You will need to reduce you current month's usage so that next month you are not FUP-ped. So Webafrica, why offer and uncapped line if you plan to cap us anyway. Your FUP is total nonsense. there is no logic to it. figure it out people or you will lose more customers.
