Funds been deducted 3 times

Funds have been deducted twice yesterday (01/12/2020) and again today. Can’t get hold of the accounts department telephonically, been waiting on the line for over an hour for the last two day. No response from any “agent” on WhatsApp support. This is not a good time to be over deducting people’s money during these difficult times when some people are on short time at work or have lost a job. Sort this out urgently.
