Frustrated without pay due to ISP webafrica incompetence

We are experiencing issue with connection from Monday and although we called in and complained and we were assure that an issue would be logged in it wasn't as we are now chatting again to the agents only to be told there was no complaint. logged so we wait another few days bear I mind we pay in advance for this service.

This is my second experience with this issue. Webafrica remember people buy your service because we need it especially people who work from home.
