Frustrated
I'm at my wits end the incompetence of the agents is appalling. I have been trying to get assistance from Thursday and to date has still not been resolved. The agents keep ending chats without assisting me. I'm really frustrated. I have lost 2 days work because of this. This is really frustrating

And what's more frustrating there is not notes on the system you have to explain you issue to every agent you speak to
