Frustrated customer no assistance

I have never had issue payments go off my network stable all of a sudden I don't pay my network is down and I just don't get any help until now from 10:00 this morning nothing phumeza assisted but she was not much help all the links she sent for me to do payments are showing no payments due ? Account also showing no payment due but I have no internet and I am being told I have to pay to reconnect now this is no problem is someone actually helps you the phone number on the website if all else fails also does not work
