Frustrated chatting to a flipping BOT

The WiFi network has been down since 8.30 am yesterday. It's now gone over 24 hours without WiFi . There is no contact details to speak to someone but merely a stupid not. I have escalated this issue since yesterday only after requesting for a call back at 18.39 yesterday from vuyiso who tried to assist. I've tried to get in contact again this morning since 8.43 am and am still awaiting an available agent. This is causing havoc as I have a child working from home and have to resort to alternates and a total inconvenience.

I have also emailed the complaints line last night of which no one seems to take complaints seriously.
