Frustrated

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life, a very frustrating process. When calling Sales department they can't assist further, other than checking my status report and the technical team is only available on WhatsApp with no real clarity on the matter at hand. Two days in a row following up on activation, second day been waiting for the agent to speak to me. There is no help at all
