Frustrated after 10 days

My Internet Wifi has been down for 10 days now, and we still do not have answers or anyone to contact besides a whattsapp line that we have delt with 30 different people, then we have to start the process all over again when someone else takes over, so so so fedup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It says internet suspended due to no payment, but payment was deducted via debit order the same as every month. Frustration at its worst right now. Anyone that can HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
