FRUSTRATED

My subscription was meant to end in mid May, I have been using the only option they gave me- WhatsApp, to try and cancel my subscription, but the bot service is useless and each time i finally get help, they insist on postponing when they can help me. Now in July, they are still charging me! I'm not even in the country anymore and I can't call them on the phone, this is so frustrating!!
