FRUSTRATED!!!

I have had no connection for 4 days for a service that I have paid for no escalation process, no sense of urgency even though I expressed that I need internet connection for work purposes, ive lost 4 days of income and im really unhappy. this is the second time this is happening, this company does not care at all
