From great to just dismal

Webafrica used to be my goto ISP. Unfortunately, the service levels have deteriorated to the point where I can no longer stand it. To top it all, you now HAVE TO "chat" to an agent, via WhatsApp, instead of actually just being able to get things done. It's frustrating, slow and, most annoying. Dismal service levels, dismal product and just in general a sad, sad turn of events.
