From good to bad, webafrica keeps failing

SO after my last problem that Chantal so wonderfully solved the rest of the team seem to be letting her down.<br> <br> My issues are back, modsecurity errors, on mulitiple domains, what is the solution as per a support consultant I dealt with today? To give access to my system every time this issue happens and have the issue whitelisted. SO everytime a client tests I just have to accept that MAYBE modsecurity will block the traffic??? are you kidding me what kind of a business would I run if I accept that my clients might run into issues purely because my HOSTING company cannot seem to get a handle on this modsecurity *******.<br> <br> Any good coder will make sure their site is safe from sql injection, there is no need for any firewall to sit on my domains. You are causing me to lose business and I have a right to hold you accountable for it. I requested days ago that a manager contacts me and yet nobody, NOBODY has given me a call besides Chantal who has noticed I have yet to be helped.<br> <br> Stop letting your fellow staff members down people and sort these issues out, I will take my business elsewhere and that too of my other clients who host with you. Your hosting is not stable!
