From bad to worse

It's been 3 weeks since I've been having issues with them, a week since I was finally able to log the ticket, 3 days without any updates, and now my speeds are even worse than they were before. I am working from home, first, they bill me incorrectly and now this issue is affecting my income because of the speeds. I'm being billed R1k a month for a 100/100 line but getting speeds of 30s. Took me speaking to 6 different people before one was finally able to determine the problem and log a ticket and it's been getting worse ever since.

This is clearly not my first review and certainly won't be my last, until this problem is resolved.
