I cancelled my services and returned there modem to the provided address. They ignore the modem return and used a debit order to deduct a payment for the modem. I forwarded courier reference number and webafrica confirmed passing credit for this on my account. This is now the 4 th month that they debit the payment for the returned modem. They even add R50 penalty invoices.
