********** Deduction!

Web Africa has deducted R2580 from my account even though I am not a client. I have made a once off payment to WebAfrica on behalf of my brother as the transaction was not going through on his side. Web Africa has proceeded to deduct R2580 from my account using the CVV number. I have been battling with Web Africa to refund my money and according to them I need to claim my money from my brother. How does a business deduct money from a bank account which was not provided or authorised to be used for monthly payment? Numerous calls, numerous WhatsApp messages and I went to their offices. I will be laying a case of ********** activity by WebAfrica. Please be aware and DO NOT ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH WEBAFRICA.
