********** Bank Deductions From Client

I have struggled with this company since January - they have now ****** R2 685.87 from my bank account without having permission to deduct any money as they did not deliver a service. There is no one you can speak to, just a useless whatsapp line on which the agents can't help you, they just log a return call and no manager phones you back. This is absolute *****!
