Do not use WEBAFRICA as your ISP, they are de*****ing people. 1, You will not get the service, 2, you will not get any help from them or Willi the bot. 3, They will steel your money even thou you have no service.4, you cannot cancel your service with WEBAFRICA, even if you get a confirmation email from them confirming your service is cancelled, they will still debit your account. If you try stop the debit at the bank, they will just submit the debit order with a different amount. You will not have any kind of service from them, they will only contact you if your account is in arrears.I have been without internet for a month, the service was cancelled on the 8th june, I have to now wait untill the 14th july before another ISP can provide me with a service, so they hold your line ransom for 30 days, so no service for June, and now another two weeks.
