*****!!!! Worst Service! Billed for a Device that was not delivered!

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!!! I have still not received the LTE modem we ordered! Yet, it states that I have on your end. No one is getting back to any of my support emails. I have spoken to countless support members and nothing is being done. I have now been billed for a product I did not receive. This is not legal!
