***** INSTALLATION

i place an order with them for my fibre to be installed , they then called me to schedule an installation appointment then on the date of the installation the technician was late as I scheduled from 08:00-11 technician texted at 11:30 on the 25th June ,I then advised the technician that am not at home then he said he will come on Monday however i then received a text that my fiber is installed and i received passed word and username ,i texted back the technician asking where did he install the fiber he did not reply from Monday I have been trying to get the issue resolved however I don't get assistance ,PLEASE HELP ME
