In September 2022 I payed WebAfrica for someone else via the link the gave to him because he did not have funds in his acc on the 5th which is the day they usually debit and I don't have an acc with them,October,November they debited from their client,this moth WebAfrica decided to come debit from my account double the amount that he's even paying on monthly basis,I'm not their client,never signed a contract with them but they debited money for someone else who does not even share the same surname with mi,tried to call them and I was told to go communicate via whatsapp,went to whatsapp spoke to 4 agents with no help spoke to Shimani who transferred mi to Sabelo,Sabelo asked for the last 4 digits of my card and he left mi hanging,after 3hours I tried again spoke to Kamogelo,she asked me to hold and she left me hanging,tried again and I spoke to Moleboheng who then told me that they will refund me if they have proof that they received money from their client,meaning if they don't get money from their clients, they take it from whoever who has funds available,mind you, I'm not their client,never sighed any contract with them and I never authorized any transaction or debit order with them but,they deducted money from me,this is pure *****,these people **** people and leave you hanging when you need answers
