Forced to go to the Goods and Services Ombudsman
It has now been 3 months. Every time we call you just say, " It has been escalated" Our emails are being ignored and they are super ineffective and irresponsible. They never get back to us, we have to call in non-stop to try and find out where the issue stands only to be informed that it has been escalated. Pathetic service. Our LTE service that you keep on advertising as "effing fast" is so slow that we cannot do our work most of the time. We have communicated this over and over, yet they do not do anything to resolve the matter.
We have even lost a big sale of approx R30K due to our internet connection just dropping to the extent that we could not manage to do a Skype call with an overseas client. We have spent 100's of Rands of our own money to do our work at times because we cannot work with our existing line at times.
I have complained twice on HelloPeter and every time you just put a generic response in there saying we should send you the details so they can resolve the matter, but this is just to keep up appearances, so it looks like they care but by their actions it is clear that Webafrica does not give a effing F**k.
You do not provide u with the service that we pay for, yet you are very happy to take our money each month. I think you guys should spend less money on your silly ads and rather invest that into service to your clients. And when I call support their silly jokes on the phone irritates me. The only laughable thing here is the care they put into their clients.
Since you cannot get you act together, I have now contacted the Goods and Services Ombudsman and the case is underway.
