For the past 4 days I am experiencing no internet on my recently installed Fibre through web africa

For the past 4 days I am experiencing no internet on my recently installed Fibre through web africa. There Watsapp service is pathetic. I tried calling and waited more than 30 minutes and still no response. I am sitting without internet now. My account was debited on the 1st Jan 2022
