for ever waiting

I have been waiting for webafrica to assist with my uncapped, till today they have not contacted me i keep on calling them everyday and talking to them via whatsapp yet nothing, they keep giving me ref numbers yet it takes them 31 days not to even close them. they are so useless and they dont even know what they are doing. a very useless company indeed. they dont even deserve a star but nothing.
