Follow up review - 6 months of debit orders for a service I'm not using

1 star is still too much for this company review. Follow up from my last post. I contacted them again for the 6th month now to cancel my subscription, handed my router in 6 months ago. They called me twice saying I owe them money. I told them they've taken money off every month for something I've canceled every month for the last 6 months. I told them I'm still waiting for a manager to call me. Still no call, and then they just put the phone down. They debited my account again for the month of November 2022. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. I'm paying for something I'm not using for 6 months. Some months they debit twice!!!
