Flipping Slow Fibre

I placed an order and completed payment, received confirmation on 30th April 2024 and was promised istallation within 14 days. It's been 63 days, multiple escalations and broken promises and we're still not any closer to getting this resolved. I've contacted them many times on call whatsapp and email, I asked for a refund multiple times and everytime I'm told the issue is escalated, contact info is up to date and still no1 gets back to me.... This is ridiculous, They advertise F**king fast Fibre but this is by far the worse and slowest service ever. GIVE MY MONEY BACK.
