Fix my internet connection

I have an internet package for vuma, I was happy it everything was fine. Little did I know that my point of contact is the person who sold me the package. We'll I bought a phone and lost most of my contacts, I don't think I remember the name of the lady. Now I am stuck with a problem of which my wifi is not working today is the 3rd day, I already paid my fee for this and I am not able to connect. I run an e- Commerce store, I am a distance learners, I am job hunting, I depend on the internet. Now I am spending many on data. I can't find assistance on their WhatsApp, their live agents are never online, when you call the is no option to speak to an agent. I am frustrated, I am angry and want my internet fixed.
