Hi Lerato,
We can hear how frustrating this has been, especially being without internet for the past 3 weeks and having to repeatedly follow up just to get updates. That’s not the experience we aim to deliver, and we fully understand your concerns around both the delay and the lack of proactive communication. We can confirm that a fault has now been logged and escalated with the technical team for urgent investigation. They will be working to identify the cause of the ongoing outage and restore your service as quickly as possible.Your request for senior contact has also been noted and escalated internally so that the matter receives the appropriate level of attention it deserves. We’ll ensure the team continues working on this until it is resolved, and updates will be provided through the standard support channels as progress is made.We truly appreciate your patience while this is being addressed.Warm regards,
 Webafrica Crew

All well and good. It's been another 72 hours since this was reported. Nobody from Webafrica has even taken the time to contact me and allay my fears. Everyone's fibre is working where I stay, and I am the exception. Your service is poor, and I am truly not impressed. Why has frogfoot not been brought into this conversation as you guys shift the blame to them? However, I have a contract with you, not with Frogfoot. Please treat this as urgent as some of us work from home and rely on stable internet to do opur jobs, my TV works with internet, am just genuinely frustrated by this as it has noe been going on for far too long and i feel that there's no urgency from your side at all, maybe i should just cancel my contarct with you guys and you reimburse me and i find another service provider.

Hi Lerato,
We can fully understand how frustrating this situation has become, especially when you rely on your connection for work and day to day use, and it feels like there has been little progress or urgency in getting this resolved. Feeling left without clear updates or direct engagement only adds to that frustration.
Your concern has not gone unnoticed. A request has been escalated to our Faults Follow Up Team to engage directly with the network provider and push for urgent resolution. They are actively following up with Frogfoot and have highlighted the urgency of your case to ensure it is prioritised. The team remains engaged and will provide feedback as soon as a further update is received from the provider.
We also truly appreciate your patience while we work towards resolving this for you.Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

Webafrica and Frogfoot, wow such an unprofessional service rendered by these two service providers. My issue was logged on Tuesday already, it's over 72 hours , actually 4 days without internet and everybody keeps on saying the same thing, we have escalated, it's a priority, both companies, yet there has not been any progress at all, nobody from both ends even has the decency to give feedback or an update. I have to keep on following up everyday, I am a paying customer hle and the service I am receiving from both companies is just beyond professional and you answering and telling me you understand my frustration and your apologies just me kea me more naar. So please resolve this

Hi Lerato,
We can understand your frustration, especially being without internet for several days while receiving the same escalation updates without visible progress or proactive feedback. When a service interruption affects your daily use and requires repeated follow-ups, it understandably becomes very frustrating.A follow-up has been sent to the faults team  to request an urgent progress update and to push for immediate attention on your case. The teams are being asked to provide clear feedback on what is causing the delay and what is required to move the restoration forward. We’ll continue to monitor this closely and share any updates as soon as they are received from the technical teams.Warm regards,
