Fibre with no router

A star is generous, they deserve a zero. I purshased Wifi from them, the fibre was installed but im yet to receave the router. I have sent several messages with no help. All I get are statements for something I am not using. now it is even hard to speak to their agents on Whatsapp, and their line is the same! I am really frustrated as my son is going to school online and now I have to buy data for classess and reseach everyday.
