Fibre still off!!! 48 hours later!! Paying Customer!!!

My fibre went down more than 48 hours ago. WhatsApp support at webafrica is useless!! Then sent me an email claiming they will resolve problem within 48 hours. DID NOT HAPPEN!! Then got an email from metrofibre saying a contractor will contact within 24 hours to schedule repair!!!😡😡😡😡
