Fibre still not activated after moving

I have moved recently. Had no issues until my old houses service got cancelled. I spend 5 hours trying ti resolve the issue and spoke to about 5 different people on whatsapp. Werent able to just phone a numver and speak directly to a person.

Its been a whole day i lost that i couldnt work. I have reset my modem and done everything that was asked, still nothing.
