Fibre request cancel

I app**** for fibre connection with Webafrica last night but now I changed my mind but they are not assisting me to cancel. I haven't paid the amount for the installation yet but I just want them to remove my name from the request list. I have been transferred to so many different departments on their whatsapp line but no-one could help me. Please assist ASAP
